Are there any rules I need to take into account?
We want everyone to have a good experience in our saunas, so we need your help:

- Intoxication is not permitted in our saunas.
- No food, smoke, snuff or other items that may contaminate or release odors are allowed in the sauna.
- Remember to stick to the agreed time, so that the next visit also gets the time they have paid for.
- Technical equipment in the changing room must never be touched, with the exception of the loudspeaker and charging station.
- If you feel dizzy, experience palpitations or become unwell; Leave the sauna immediately.

Should I bring anything with me?
We recommend that you bring two towels; one to sit on in the sauna and one to dry yourself with.
Also bring a large bottle of water, clothes that are easy to change into/out of and swimwear.
Do I need to do anything with the oven?
Essential oils
If you want to use essential oils in your sauna visit:
Never place oil directly on the stove, as this can lead to an unpleasant smell of smoke, damage to the stove and, in the worst case, ignite flammable vapors.
Tip: Mix a few drops of oil into the water bucket, or directly into a ladle of water, and pour over the stones to create a soft steam.
Use moderate amounts out of consideration for other guests who may react to such things, and rinse out the water in the bucket before you leave.
Do you have gift cards?
You can order digital gift cards here.
You can choose the amount, write a short message, upload a nice picture or use one of our standard images.
The gift card will be delivered to the recipient’s email address at the time you choose, and you will receive a confirmation when it has been delivered.
